Aromatherapy is widely used in hospitals. It is a very powerful and yet deeply relaxing treatment.
Aromatherapy assigns specific essential oils used in a massage to alleviate individuals’ problems e.g. Lavender, is used to relieve depression and inflammation while Peppermint relieves headaches, digestive problems and muscular pains and spasms.
