These treatments specifically target knots and strains in the neck, upper, middle and lower back, the most common tension spots in this modern age. We offer two levels of treatment: Simply Relaxing; concentrating on removing some of the knots whilst inducing a deep sense of relaxation and calms the mind and body. Deep Tissue; using deep friction techniques to release knots and taut fibres that cause muscular aches and pains, this treatment is designed to assess and treat restrictions in the neck and back. We finish with gentle strokes to leave you feeling calm and relaxed. All treatments are Time Based
