Using trigger points in sore & contracted muscles, we are able to release tension from the taut muscle fibres. Other methods, including myofascial techniques are employed to further alleviate soft tissue problems.
We get direct referrals from GPs and Physios for this very effective and pain relieving treatment. In most cases, a course of treatments is advisable to fully treat the problem area.
